As an Outreach Specialist at Charion Center, you will play a key role in connecting with the community, raising awareness about our programs, and fostering partnerships to expand our impact. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage community members and partners.
Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and informational sessions.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and other organizations.
Identify opportunities to expand the reach of Charion Center’s programs and services.
Collect feedback from the community to improve program effectiveness and accessibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach materials, including flyers, newsletters, and social media.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and partnerships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, communications, or a closely related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience in community outreach, public relations, or nonprofit work is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for community engagement and helping others.
Familiarity with the local community and its resources is a plus.enter.
